"Salina - Spicy - Perfumed" - Malvasia that captures the flavor of the sea.
Clear intense straw yellow color, it wants to give voice to the flavors of the sea with its dynamism, elegance and aromatic richness. It is produced with a peculiarity, that of not adding sulphites other than the natural ones produced by fermentation.
A unique expression that goes wonderfully with any type of fish-based dish or during a nice summer aperitif, thanks to the floral tones such as linden blossom, broom and enveloping fruity notes. On the palate, on the other hand, a light flavor with very pleasant hints of smoke, and an almond finish.
