The Marius Blanc PGI by M. Chapoutier is a white wine that brilliantly expresses the winemaking philosophy of Michel Chapoutier, one of the most respected names in the international wine scene. This wine is the result of a careful selection of grapes from the Southern France region, an area known for its ability to produce white wines of great expressiveness and freshness.

Marius Blanc is mainly characterized by the Grenache Blanc and Vermentino (Rolle) grape varieties, chosen for their ability to reflect the terroir and for their contribution in terms of aromas, structure and acidity. Winemaking is managed with the aim of preserving the primary characteristics of the fruit, enhancing the freshness and natural minerality of the grapes.

Visually, the wine has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its liveliness. On the nose, Marius Blanc unfolds a fresh and seductive aromatic bouquet, with dominant notes of white pulp fruit, such as pear and peach, citrus accents and floral nuances, which give a pleasant complexity.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a light but well-balanced structure, with a lively acidity that brings freshness and drinkability. Citrus and fresh fruit flavors blend with delicate minerality, leading to a clean and refreshing finish, with a light herbaceous note adding further depth and interest to the sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of dishes, Marius Blanc PGI is particularly suitable for fish dishes, seafood, light salads and vegetable dishes. Its versatility makes it an excellent wine to accompany Mediterranean, Asian cuisine and other culinary preparations that require a wine with freshness and a certain aromatic intensity.

In conclusion, the Marius Blanc PGI by M. Chapoutier is a wine that celebrates the richness and diversity of the South of France, offering a tasting experience that perfectly balances freshness, aromatic complexity and pleasantness, faithful to the innovative and respectful style of Chapoutier's nature.
