Marsala Cremovo is a traditional dessert wine produced in the renowned Marsala region of Sicily. This wine is appreciated for its perfect balance between sweetness and aromatic complexity. Marsala Cremovo is ideal for those who enjoy sweet wines with a rich and enveloping structure.

Its alcohol content is around 16%-18% vol., making it an excellent choice for the end of a meal. Best served at a temperature of 12-14°C, Marsala Cremovo enhances its qualities when paired with cream desserts or dry pastries. It is not uncommon to find it used in cooking, where it is used to enrich and add a unique touch to various dishes.

From an organoleptic point of view, Marsala Cremovo has a very intense amber color. On the nose, the aromas are rich and complex, with notes of candied fruit, chocolate, and vanilla, which intertwine with hints of honey and tobacco. In the mouth, the wine is velvety and rich, with a nice balance of sweetness that never becomes cloying, maintaining a fresh liveliness.

Its production follows an ancient method that involves the use of selected local grapes such as Grillo, Catarratto, and Inzolia, which are left to wither to concentrate their sugars. After fermentation, the wine is fortified with pure alcohol and matured in oak barrels that enrich its bouquet.

Marsala Cremovo is an emblematic example of Sicilian dessert wines, renowned for its ability to blend history and taste in a glass of rare pleasure.
