Menabrea Ambrata type Märzen, is a beer specialty produced with the best ingredients in Biella.
It is characterized by a warm amber color due to the mixing of dark malts, with a rather persistent cream-colored foam that goes very well with dishes based on rice, chicken and cheese.
The 150° Ambrata di Menabrea is, therefore, a full-bodied beer with a delicate and creamy structure, despite the low alcohol content. The taste on the palate is quite sweet, with a marked aroma of toasted malt and a dry finish, well balanced by the use of hops.
Enjoy it in company by combining it with a tasty aperitif.
