The Merlot of Allone Habashan Vineyard, offered by Yarden, is born in one of the most renowned areas of Galilee, where the unique terroir helps enhance its personality. This wine, made from carefully selected Merlot grapes, presents an intense ruby red color, which anticipates a rich and enveloping bouquet. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, emerge, accompanied by delicate spicy hints and vanilla nuances due to aging. The passage in wood enhances the structure, giving the palate a velvety softness and an important balance between freshness and body. Long and persistent, the finish offers a pleasantly fruity aftertaste, ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
