The Metodo Classico Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs by Cantina Puiatti is the refined expression of Friulian sparkling wine tradition. Coming from the hilly area of Friuli Venezia Giulia, this sparkling wine is made exclusively from selected Chardonnay grapes, elegantly celebrating the variety in its purest form. The extended aging on lees gives it a harmonious and complex structure, with notes of fresh almond, white flowers, and a delicate touch of yeast, typical of great metodo classico wines. On the palate, it is savory, fresh, and vibrant, with a fine and persistent perlage that accompanies a dry and clean finish, ideal for those who appreciate bubbles with an essential and refined character.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and risottos, this Blanc de Blancs by Cantina Puiatti is a sparkling wine that embodies the spirit of the territory and the winemaking expertise of a unique terroir.

Winery history
Active since 1967 in the Isonzo/Friuli area, Cantina Puiatti has established itself as a producer dedicated to the modern reinterpretation of Friulian white wines. Over the years it has maintained a distinctive style focused on the pursuit of freshness and aromatic clarity, while remaining part of larger ownership groups within the wine sector.
Production philosophy
The winery favors the fullest expression of fruit and terroir: vinification in stainless steel, fermentation and aging on the fine lees, and limited or no use of wood for the whites. It also promotes sustainable vineyard practices with measures aimed at preserving biodiversity and soils.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills and along the banks of the Isonzo, in a microclimate that combines Mediterranean influences with continental currents. Gravelly, pebbly soils impart sapidity and minerality to the wines, while moderate diurnal temperature variations encourage slow, balanced ripening.
