The Mezcal Madrecuishe Koch highlights the distinctive character of the Madrecuishe agave with an honest, well-defined profile. On the nose there is a light smokiness balanced by vegetal notes of fresh leaf, aromatic herbs and a faint floral touch; a citrus hint adds liveliness, while an earthy base provides depth. The impression is of medium body, balanced sapidity and a texture that combines rusticity and finesse without forcing the flavor.

On the palate the sip opens soft and warm, then develops with good clarity and a lingering smokiness that gives way to herbaceous echoes and a slightly mineral finish. The drink is pleasant, characterful yet approachable, ideal for those who enjoy complex, authentic spirits. It can be appreciated neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, but also lends itself to culinary experimentation with grilled dishes, aged cheeses or dark chocolate. A tulip glass enhances its aromas and invites contemplation of the sip.
