Mondo del Vino was founded in 1991 by Alfeo Martini, Roger Gabb and Christoph Mack, professional oenologists united by the goal of producing high quality wines with the aim of satisfying even the most demanding consumer.

La Piuma has an intense ruby red colour. On the nose, the aromas chase each other between fruity hints of black cherry and raspberry, spicy nuances of pepper and persuasive aromas of vanilla. The sip is pleasant and full-bodied, with an elegant and soft acidity that accompanies a long finish.

It is recommended to combine it with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
