The grapes used to produce this wine are mainly Sangiovese, a vine that gives freshness and easy drinking, coming from the heart of the Morellino di Scansano DOCG area and mainly from the Montiano vineyards. The berries, at the right point of ripeness, are harvested and vinified in red with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. The frequent pumping over favors a strong dissolution of the anthocyanins, giving an intense and persistent fruit. Refine in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until March.

In the glass it has a deep purple red color. The scent is intense, characterized by fruity scents. The sip is enveloping, with tannins that are well present but rather soft and not very astringent.

A fresh and pleasant red wine, with a decidedly harmonious and fine structure that lends itself well to pairing with grilled meats and red meats in general.
