To the eye, the Moscato Giallo Secco DOC from Kossler presents a bright straw-yellow color, sometimes with greenish reflections that testify to its freshness. On the nose, it is immediately captivating, with an intense bouquet dominated by notes of exotic fruits such as watermelon, melon, and subtle hints of citrus. Additionally, its aromatic signature includes delicate touches of white flowers and a subtle nod to sweet spices, providing an intoxicating complexity.

On the palate, Kossler's Moscato Giallo Secco DOC reveals itself as incredibly harmonious. Its well-balanced acidity pairs beautifully with a light minerality, making the sip lively and persistent. The dryness of the wine adds a dimension of elegance and sophistication, while maintaining a pleasant sense of freshness that invites another sip.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes, such as seafood salads, delicate appetizers, or simply as a meditation wine. Its versatility also makes it an excellent companion for Asian cuisine dishes, balancing spicy or slightly sweet flavors.
