Chateau Changyu Moser XV, one of China's leading wineries, is located in the Ningxia wine region, considered one of the country's most promising areas for producing quality wines. The collaboration with the Moser family, who boast generations of experience in the world of wine, has led to a fusion of tradition and innovation, with the aim of producing wines that can compete on a global stage.

Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir stands out for its originality, being vinified in white from red grapes. The winemaking process is carefully controlled to avoid the extraction of color from the skins, thus maintaining the freshness and characteristic aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon, while offering a completely new tasting experience.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, where the red berries transform into notes of citrus, white flowers and a light minerality, enriched by nuances of aromatic herbs and a touch of vanilla, evidence of the skilful use of wood in the refinement.

In the mouth, the Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir surprises with its freshness and liveliness, with a well-balanced acidity that supports its structure. The flavors of citrus and white pulp fruit blend with delicate herbaceous and mineral notes, leading to a long and clean finish, which leaves a pleasant sensation of refreshing complexity.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, seafood, fresh salads and light cheeses, the Moser Family Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir by Chateau Changyu Moser XV is also an excellent companion for Asian cuisine, offering an intriguing contrast and stimulating for the palate.

In conclusion, this wine represents a bold step forward in exploring the potential of Cabernet Sauvignon, offering wine enthusiasts a unique tasting experience and testament to the innovation and quality that Chateau Changyu Moser XV brings to the global wine scene.
