Müller Thurgau from Trentino, in the Lona Ester version, offers a bright, easygoing profile without excess. It opens with lightly intense floral notes and fruity hints of green apple and pear, accompanied by an herbal nuance that keeps the sip taut. The aromatic profile remains delicate and clean, with an almost saline sensation on the finish that invites a second glass. Contained body, lively acidity and a balance that favors drinkability: it's a wine to open young when you want freshness without complications.

On the palate it is smooth, with softness in the mid-palate and a modest persistence that leaves citrus memories; no tannins to note, the structure remains light but sufficient to support simple pairings. Served chilled it is perfect with seafood starters, composed salads, light pasta or as an aperitif wine; recommended for those who appreciate immediate but well-crafted wines, ideal for informal evenings or to accompany summer dishes. A serving temperature of around 8-10 °C enhances its freshness without dulling its character.
