The Nebbiolo Langhe DOC from Cascina Fontana is a red wine that presents itself with restraint and precision. In the glass it shows a light ruby color, with nuances that can recall the grape's slight transparency. On the nose it offers rather subtle aromas: small red fruits, floral hints and a light earthy note; the aromatic elements tend toward delicacy rather than intensity. On the palate a present but finely textured tannic frame emerges, supported by freshness that balances the structure without excess.

It is a wine that invites attentive drinking: the balance between acidity and tannin makes it suitable for flavorful first courses, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, as well as white meats with not overly complex seasonings. It is recommended to serve it at moderate temperature and to consider a short period of aeration if consumed immediately. Cascina Fontana interprets it with restraint, offering a Nebbiolo expression without bold claims.
