Negramaro IGT Cantalupi by Conti Zecca is a red wine identified by the name Negramaro and the IGT category. Its straightforward presentation leaves room for versatility at the table: it can be chosen to accompany meat dishes, oven-baked preparations and medium-aged cheeses, or served with a casual meal. Cantalupi identifies the range, while Conti Zecca is the producer named. Details about the vintage, aromatic profile or ageing are not available here, so it is best to refer to the information on the bottle and the current product listing.

To bring it to the table, serve it in a red-wine glass and pair it with dishes that are not overly delicate in flavour, adjusting the choice to the recipe. It is an option for anyone looking for a red wine with an IGT designation to share over a meal, without reserving it for a particular occasion. Its identity is presented directly, without assuming further characteristics.

Winery history
The Zecca family has been established in Salento since the 16th century. Agricultural production evolved over time until, in the 1930s, the family began winemaking on-site in Leverano. Today the company comprises several family estates and continues as a family-run operation overseeing the entire production cycle from the vineyard to bottling.
Production philosophy
A territorial approach that prioritizes respect for the soil and the care of the vineyards: winemaking and vineyard practices designed to enhance local pedoclimatic characteristics and to produce both wines for broad distribution and selections in limited releases. The winery also states that it pays attention to sustainable practices and maintains company protocols for agronomic management.
Terroir and vineyards
The wines come from the heart of Salento: vineyards and plots located mainly in the municipalities of Leverano, Veglie and Salice Salentino. The winery manages several family estates scattered throughout the area.
