Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
Negresco presents an immediate and pleasant profile, with a balance that favors freshness over power. The color is vivid ruby and on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruit and light spicy nuances; the bouquet remains honest and unobtrusive, inviting a sip with simplicity. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with gentle tannins that support a smooth texture and good acidity, which keeps the wine taut and flowing to the finish, where a savory note returns and lengthens the finish.

On the palate the character is versatile: elegant without being austere, suitable both for an everyday meal and for an informal dinner. It pairs well with white meat dishes, not-too-aged cold cuts and fresh cheeses, but also stands up to tomato-based preparations. Serve at a moderate temperature to appreciate the freshness and drinkability; its well-calibrated simplicity makes it a reliable companion for many convivial occasions.
