This rosé made from Negroamaro from Salento IGT opens with a luminous cherry-pink color and a natural, unforced profile: small red fruits, floral hints and a light herbaceous note reminiscent of the Mediterranean breeze. The sip is lean and well balanced, supported by lively acidity and a savory texture that cleanses the palate; the weight is restrained but consistent, with measured softness that leaves room for freshness without weighing it down.

On the palate it confirms a successful simplicity: a fresh entry, restrained body and a discreet persistence that leaves memories of strawberry and a citrus accent. Excellent as an aperitif, it naturally accompanies seafood starters, summer salads, grilled dishes and flavorful but not overpowering cuisine; also ideal for those seeking a characterful everyday rosé. Also great with fresh cheeses and tomato-based dishes. Best enjoyed young, when freshness and fruit take center stage. Serve chilled, around 10-12 °C, to appreciate its drinkability and the clean finish.

Recent management and development have been entrusted to the Falvo family. Wine portfolio focused on local varieties such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Susumaniello.
Winery history
The masseria originated on a very ancient settlement and was renovated in the late 19th century by Marquis Antonio de Viti de Marco with the aim of making it a winemaking model for southern Italy. At the end of the 20th century the property was revitalized by a group led by Tuscan interests. In 1999 the project was re-established by the Falvo family and, after a period of development, brothers Edoardo and Alfredo Falvo assumed direct leadership of the estate, expanding production and strengthening the brand’s positioning.
Production philosophy
The estate embraces an approach based on hard work, family, authenticity and a sense of brotherhood: a commitment to respect the land, artisanal care in the vineyard and cellar, and a desire to pass values between generations, combining local tradition with technical precision in winemaking.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the Salento region, between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, in the municipality of Cellino San Marco. The site bears traces of ancient settlements and underscores the estate’s strong ties to the Salento plain and the Mediterranean climate that characterizes the area.
