The Nero di Troia Puglia IGT of Casa Primis represents an authentic expression of the Apulian terroir, rooted in the warm and sunny vineyards of Southern Italy. This wine, obtained from the homonymous grape variety, has a decisive and structured character, enhanced by a calibrated aging that highlights its fruity and spicy notes. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of black cherry and plum, accompanied by hints of licorice and black pepper, which anticipate a rich and enveloping sip. Its well-balanced tannic structure provides elegance and longevity, while a fresh acidity keeps the drink lively and satisfying. Perfect when paired with grilled red meats or typical dishes of the Apulian tradition, such as stuffed braciole or aged cheeses, this Nero di Troia expresses a strong yet harmonious personality, ideal for those looking for an authentic and characterful wine from Southern Italy.

Winery history
Casa Primis was founded as a family project in the early 2000s, when the founders decided to process and add value to the grapes from their own vineyards rather than deliver the harvest to the cooperative winery. After a generational change, the vineyards were replanted with trellised vines and they began independent winemaking and bottling.
Production philosophy
The winery focuses on enhancing its cultivated grape varieties in harmony with nature: sustainable viticulture practices and pure vinification to express the character of the terroir and the varieties. Casa Primis is a member of the Independent Winemakers and has obtained organic certification for its grapes.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Stornarella, in the province of Foggia, the winery works with indigenous grape varieties typical of northern Puglia, adapted to the local soil and climatic conditions; production processes follow a short supply chain and are managed directly by the owners.
