An important red wine lto which vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with manual punching down for 10 days, then the racking is carried out in small oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters, in which the alcoholic fermentation slowly completes. The induced malolactic fermentation continues with the constant maintenance of the ambient temperature. The wine ages in wood for at least a year and is bottled with a single, very delicate filtration.

It shows itself in the glass with a brilliant ruby red color, which changes over time and acquires garnet hues. Delicate aromas of red berried fruits, plums arrive on the nose, with hints of vanilla and spices in the background. A full-bodied wine, with a rich tannic structure, but equally soft and balanced.

A refined glass that goes very well with important dishes of meat, game and exceptional with the best aged cheeses. Excellent meditation wine to be enjoyed between meals during a quiet conversation.
