Ottenuto da quattro pregiate varietà di olive — Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino e San Felice — raccolte esclusivamente a mano quando il frutto è ancora verde, nel momento di massima concentrazione di polifenoli e antiossidanti. Le olive vengono frante e spremute a freddo entro poche ore dalla raccolta, poi filtrate con cura per preservarne la purezza.
Il risultato è un olio dal colore verde con riflessi dorati, caratterizzato da intensi sentori vegetali al naso e da una persistenza elegante al palato, dove note piccanti e un piacevole retrogusto amarognolo ne completano la struttura.
Ideale per esaltare i bolliti di carne e perfetto su crostini e bruschette, questo olio rappresenta al meglio l’equilibrio tra freschezza, carattere e autenticità.
