The Galantino company has an almost century-old history behind it, born from the passion for oil of Vito Galantino, who transforms it into a real business, buying an old mill and transforming it into an oil mill.

Leek flavored oil is part of a collection of very special and particularly tasty citrus and spicy oils.

The color is a golden yellow with olive green reflections, on the nose the clear scent of fresh leek stands out perfectly.

An exceptional oil to season raw and embellish soups, broths and risottos; excellent for adding an extra touch to meat or vegetable sauces, and ideal to add flush on potatoes and meat. It is also perfect for dressing pumpkin soup.
