Galantino ginger extra virgin olive oil is produced in Bisceglie in Puglia.
Given the well-known nutritional properties that this excellent tuber possesses, this oil has recently been a great success. Ginger has anti-inflammatory, digestive and stimulating properties, and during the milling process it is added to the olives, making the oil acquire a completely natural flavor.
