The Otello Lambrusco IGT 200 Ceci is a wine that evokes the authentic essence of Emilia-Romagna, the homeland of the Lambrusco grape varieties, known for its millenary tradition. Made with carefully selected Lambrusco grapes, this IGT presents a vivid and bright ruby red color, the result of careful vinification that preserves freshness and genuine aromas. On the nose, it opens with fruity scents of strawberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral hints and a slight spiciness typical of the grape variety.

On the palate, the Otello Lambrusco is lively and harmonious, with an elegant balance between freshness, acidity, and a pleasant soft tannin. The fine perlage awakens the mouth, giving a sensation of lightness and liveliness. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with dishes from Emilian cuisine, such as cured meats, aged cheeses, and rustic first courses, it is a versatile wine that celebrates the unique character of Lambrusco and the territory that produces it.
