Outis Etna Bianco from the Biondi winery is an expressive white wine that captures the essence of the volcanic territory from which it originates. Produced on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of native grapes, primarily Carricante, cultivated on soils rich in volcanic minerals that impart distinctive complexity and minerality to the wine.

Visually, it presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, which precedes an olfactory bouquet where notes of ripe white fruits such as peaches and pears emerge, enriched by undertones of aromatic herbs and a slight toasting. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and fresh, with a surprising balance between acidity and body. The volcanic minerality is elegantly felt, providing a long aromatic persistence that invites another sip.

A talented oenologist, the producer has skillfully interpreted the peculiarities of the Etna terroir, making Outis Etna Bianco a wine that clearly expresses its unique origin. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, or white meats seasoned with aromatic herbs.

Ideal for lovers of white wines with a strong territorial identity, Outis Etna Bianco from the Biondi winery is undoubtedly a choice that will surprise and delight the most discerning palates, offering a taste experience deeply connected to the power and magic of Mount Etna.
