L’Outis Etna Rosso from the Biondi winery is a red wine of great elegance and complexity, showcasing the character and uniqueness of Sicily's volcanic terroirs at their best. Originating from the slopes of Mount Etna, this wine is the result of a careful blend of the indigenous Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, cultivated on mineral-rich volcanic soils that impart a distinctively mineral and fresh note to the wine.

The vinification employs traditional methods, emphasizing the use of indigenous yeasts and a long maceration of the skins, followed by aging in French oak barriques. This process endows the wine with soft tannins and an elegant structure. The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color, which on the nose reveals aromas of fresh red fruits, sweet spices, and a light touch of tobacco and chocolate.

On the palate, the Outis Etna Rosso offers a perfect balance between acidity and tannins, a medium body, and an aromatic persistence that invites a second sip. Notes of cherry, raspberry, and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs and minerality complete the profile of this refined wine.

Ideal for accompanying dishes based on red meat, game, or aged cheeses, the Outis Etna Rosso is also perfect for enjoying on its own as a meditation wine. Serve at a temperature of 18°C to fully appreciate its richness and complexity.

The Outis Etna Rosso is more than just a wine; it is a journey through the unique flavors and aromas of Mount Etna, a testament to the passion and commitment of the Biondi winery in producing high-quality wines.
