The Oyell Sauvignon Blanc Riserva Alto Adige DOC from Laimburg offers a distinct, clean aromatic profile, true to the variety but with the greater concentration typical of the Riserva designation. On the nose there are notes of fresh grass, green tomato and lemon zest, complemented by hints of white-fleshed fruit, light floral nuances and a subtle minerality; on the palate it is vertical and savory, with a well-defined body and lively acidity that support the wine without weighing it down. The texture is polished, the persistence pleasant and the finish remains clean and dry.

It pairs well with simply prepared fish dishes, shellfish, tartare and fresh cheeses, but also stands up to aromatic preparations thanks to its freshness and concentration. Serve chilled to showcase its herbaceous and citrus aromas; ideal for those seeking a more structured, characterful Sauvignon, capable of offering immediate drinkability while having enough substance to accompany a meal.
