Palazzina Pinot Bianco by Mirabella is a fresh, straightforward white wine made from Pinot Bianco grapes. On the nose it opens with notes of green apple, pear and delicate floral hints, accompanied by a light mineral character that lifts the profile. The palate is lean, with balanced acidity and a flavor texture that favors cleanliness and pleasant persistence; ripe fruit combines with citrus echoes and a subtle herbaceous note that gives sapidity. The texture is agreeable, medium-light in body, and the finish is clean, with fruity recalls that invite another sip.

Ideal at the table, it pairs with steamed fish, seafood salads, light white meats and fresh cheeses. It also works well as an aperitif thanks to its immediate, refreshing drinkability and pairs successfully with vegetarian dishes based on grilled vegetables or sushi. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip glasses; open shortly before serving to preserve freshness. Store the bottle in a cool, stable place and consume preferably young to appreciate its liveliness.
