The Pando Fino from the renowned Williams & Humbert house is a sherry wine (fortified wine) produced in the famous region of Jerez, in Spain. This wine is an excellent example of Fino, a type of dry sherry characterized by its unique ageing method under a layer of yeast known as "flor," which protects the wine from oxidation and gives it distinctive features.

The color of Pando Fino is a clear, bright, light straw yellow. On the nose, it offers an intriguing and complex bouquet, with notes of almonds, yeast, and a hint of aromatic herbs, complemented by a touch of freshness from its acidity.

On the palate, Pando Fino is extremely dry, with a delicate alcohol presence that perfectly balances its lively freshness. It has a notable persistence, leaving a clean sensation and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste that recalls almonds.

This wine pairs beautifully with light starters, fish, seafood, and is particularly suited as an aperitif. Traditionally, it is served very cold, at about 8°C, to enhance all its flavor nuances.

Pando Fino is a true gem for sherry lovers, offering an authentic and high-quality tasting experience that reflects the winemaking tradition of Jerez.
