The Paralupi Appassimento Rosso Puglia IGP - Magnum from Varvaglione winery is a wine that enchants enthusiasts and experts with its robust structure and intense bouquet. Produced in Puglia, a region renowned for its distinctive wines, this red is made using the appassimento technique, which involves drying the grapes before fermentation to concentrate sugars and aromas.

In the glass, Paralupi presents itself with a deep ruby red color, which preludes a nose rich in aromas of ripe fruit like plums and blackberries, enriched by spicy notes of vanilla and chocolate, due to aging in barrels. On the palate, it offers a full and enveloping flavor, with well-balanced tannins and remarkable aromatic persistence.

Winery history
The Varvaglione family's history is told as a journey that began in 1921 in the area between Pulsano and Leporano. Today the winery is led by several generations of the family and has grown into a regional benchmark for the production and export of Apulian wines, with labels such as the Papale and Masseria Pizzariello lines that evoke historic plots like the Contrada Papale.
