Passerina Marche IGT - Collevite is born in the sunny hills of Marche, a region renowned for cultivating this native grape variety, known for its freshness and aromaticity. Made from selected Passerina grapes, this wine expresses an explosion of scents of white flowers, citrus, and notes of white-fleshed fruit, with a delicate mineral hint that enhances its finesse.

The passage in steel preserves the crispness and brilliance of the fruit, providing a dry and well-balanced sip, characterized by a pleasant acidity that gives liveliness and persistence. The slender structure and smooth drinkability invite pairing with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and light white meats, as well as fresh medium-aged cheeses.

A transparent and sincere white, which tells the unique character of Marche and the craftsmanship of Collevite in enhancing traditional grape varieties with elegance and modernity.
