PassioneSentimento Rosso Veneto IGT is presented in magnum as a bottle meant for sharing. The colour is medium ruby with lively reflections; on the nose there are hints of small red berries, cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light spicy notes and a touch of dried herbs. On the palate it shows a balanced texture between freshness and structure: moderate tannins, lively acidity and a body that supports the drink without weighing it down. The finish has medium persistence, inviting a second pour.

It is intended to accompany convivial moments and everyday dishes: light roasts, pasta with sauce, medium-aged cheeses and mushroom-based preparations. The magnum format is ideal for parties or group dinners, providing an elegant and practical serving option. The label bears Romeo & Juliet, offering a wine suited to informal but curated occasions; a serving temperature of around 16–18 °C and decanting, if desired, are recommended to open the aromas.

Winery history
Romeo & Juliet is a collection created within Cantina Colli Vicentini and draws inspiration from the castles associated with the Romeo and Juliet legend in Montecchio Maggiore. The range highlights the grapes of the Vicentine hills through the area's traditional sparkling winemaking techniques.
Production philosophy
To celebrate the "meeting" between selected grapes from the Colli Vicentini and the finest sparkling winemaking practices, offering wines conceived for aperitifs and convivial moments, with an approach oriented toward territorial typicity.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located between the plains and hills of the province of Vicenza, on clay-based soils with a good diurnal temperature range, well suited to the production of sparkling wines and Prosecco DOC.
