The Passito di Prosecco IGT 0.5L from Merotto winery under the Royam brand is a true expression of refinement and delicacy. This sweet wine, produced in the limited geographical areas of Veneto, is the result of a meticulous process of selection and drying of Glera grapes, typical of Prosecco.

After harvesting, the clusters are left to dry for several months, concentrating their sugars and flavors. This is followed by slow fermentation and aging in small containers, which allow for the development of a complex and intensely aromatic bouquet.

Upon tasting, Merotto's Passito di Prosecco reveals a rich and enveloping flavor palette. Its flavors are a blend of fruity notes, with prominent hints of dried apricot, honey, and nuances of candied citrus. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by a fresh acidity that cleanses the palate, leaving a pleasant sense of harmony and persistence.

Visually, this wine presents itself with an intense golden yellow color, which anticipates its olfactory and taste richness. It is ideal as a meditation wine or to accompany desserts like fruit tarts or blue-veined cheeses.

The 0.5L bottle of Passito di Prosecco IGT from Royam - Merotto is an exclusive choice potentially suitable for special occasions, representing a classy option for lovers of sweet and intense wines and a precious gift for connoisseurs. A seducer of both the palate and the eyes, this passito is a sensory experience not to be missed.
