Offida's Pecorino DOP is a white wine that captures the essence of the Marche territory, elegantly and refinedly expressing the peculiarities of the Pecorino grape variety. This wine, produced in limited quantities, is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes, handpicked to ensure the highest quality.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections, Offida's Pecorino DOP offers a rich and complex bouquet to the nose. Floral scents of wisteria and acacia intertwine with fruity notes of white peach and citrus, while delicate hints of aromatic herbs and minerals enrich the olfactory experience. This balance of aromas translates into a distinctive and inviting olfactory profile.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its freshness and liveliness. The acidity is well balanced and complements a medium-full body, giving the wine a nice savoriness and a long aftertaste. The fruity notes perceived on the nose are also found in the mouth, accompanied by a slight mineral vein that makes the sip even more pleasant.

Ideal as an aperitif, Offida's Pecorino DOP is also an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Additionally, it pairs beautifully with vegetarian cuisine and light vegetable-based dishes.

Its elegance and versatility make it an ideal wine for various occasions, from informal dinners with friends to the most exclusive events. Savoring a glass of Pecorino DOP from Offida means immersing yourself in a sensory journey into the heart of Marche, a region rich in winemaking history and passion for quality.
