The Pecorino Marche IGT from Azienda Agricola Zaccagnini is a white wine that offers an authentic expression of the Marche region. This wine is produced exclusively using Pecorino grapes, an indigenous variety that has gained significant recognition in recent years for its ability to produce high-quality wines.

The color is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit such as peach and pear, enriched by floral nuances of acacia and chamomile. Delicate hints of aromatic herbs and a very slight minerality add elegance to the aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, Zaccagnini's Pecorino surprises with its perfect balance between freshness and body. The acidity is well-balanced, supporting a medium structure, while the aromatic persistence invites another sip. It stands out for its long and pleasantly fruity finish.

This wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and white meats. It is also ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fresh goat cheeses. The versatility of Pecorino Marche IGT makes it perfect for various occasions, from informal dinners with friends to more formal events.

Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to enhance all its qualities. The Pecorino Marche IGT from Azienda Agricola Zaccagnini represents an excellent choice for white wine lovers seeking a distinguished product rich in personality.
