The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC from Erste+Neue offers a restrained, balanced profile true to the freshness of its origin. On the nose there are delicate notes of Golden apple and ripe pear, accompanied by slight hints of white flowers and fresh herbs; the bouquet remains subtle and not overly intense. On the palate it shows a lean texture with moderate but lively acidity, a light- to medium-bodied character and a salinity that contributes to an overall balanced, clean impression.

It is best served chilled, around 8–10 °C, and pairs well with seafood starters, grilled fish, salads and soft cheeses. This is a wine for immediate drinking, suitable for those seeking a white of balance and lightness that does not overpower the dish; it also makes a practical choice for informal occasions or everyday meals. Store protected from light and strong temperature variations to maintain its characteristics in the short term.
