The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC Moriz from Cantina Tramin represents the elegance and minerality typical of this renowned wine region. Produced with Pinot Bianco grapes grown in the vineyards of Alto Adige, in a territory characterized by an alpine climate and thermal excursions that favor balanced ripening, this wine stands out for its freshness and finesse. The aging takes place in steel, enhancing the purity of the fruit and the extraordinary aromatic clarity. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color and a fragrant bouquet, highlighting notes of golden apple, white flowers, and a delicate mineral hint typical of the terroir. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with a well-calibrated acidic structure that gives it body and persistence. A perfect accompaniment to seafood appetizers, fish-based dishes, and fresh cheeses, it is a versatile and well-balanced white wine.
