Ritterhof's Alto Adige Pinot Bianco offers a fresh, crisp profile without excess. In the glass it shows a pale straw yellow, with aromas recalling Reinette apple and ripe pear, citrus nuances and a floral hint. The impression is of precision and restraint: the fruit is clean, supported by a lively acidic thread and a mineral texture that makes the sip linear and pleasant. Occasionally a slight almond note is perceived that rounds the finish, accentuating the wine's finesse.

On the palate it confirms a slender but well-defined structure, with balanced softness and good persistence that invites a second glass. It is a versatile Pinot Bianco, suited to delicate seafood dishes, creamy risottos and light white meats; it also pairs well with soft cheeses. Serve at around 8-10 °C to appreciate its freshness and sapidity; enjoy young to capture its aromatic drive; ideal as an everyday table wine but with enough character for more polished occasions.
