On the nose there are aromas of white flowers, Golden apple and ripe pear, accompanied by citrus nuances and a hint of fresh almond. The aromatic component remains clean and well-defined, without excess, offering an easily identifiable profile in its simplicity.

On the palate it shows balance between freshness and structure: acidity supports the sip and the texture is smooth, with a salinity that enhances drinkability. It is not an extremely complex wine, rather a bottle with a sober, versatile character suited to early consumption. Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
