Clear and bright straw-colored, this Pinot Bianco expresses an immediate and harmonious profile: light notes of white-fleshed fruit and white flowers intertwine with citrus suggestions and a subtle mineral streak. The sip is fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity that supports the drink without becoming aggressive; the body remains medium, pleasant in its restraint, and the tannic texture is almost imperceptible, leaving room for a controlled softness.

On the palate it shows precision and elegance, with a persistence that enhances the final sapidity and invites another tasting. It pairs naturally with seafood antipasti, fish and shellfish dishes, but also holds up well with light preparations of white meats and fresh cheeses; serve at around 8–10 °C to appreciate its freshness and aromatic detail. A white that favors expressive clarity over power, suitable for everyday dining and refined gastronomic pairings.
