A wine that comes from the white vinification of Pinot Bianco grapes carefully selected at the time of the harvest. In the cellar the vinification takes place through soft pressing; the must is then decanted into stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C, where the fermentation is completed with the addition of highly selected yeasts over a period of about 10 days. Always in stainless steel tanks it is left to refine on the fine lees for a few months, then it continues to rest in the bottle for a further two months before being put on the market.

It shows a straw yellow color with greenish hues in the glass. An elegant and gentle bouquet explodes on the nose, with significant typically fruity notes of golden apple. On the palate you can perceive an extremely fresh, pleasantly velvety and harmonious taste that invites you to take the next sip.

It is recommended to pair with fish-based dishes, vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses.
