This Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC from Erste+Neue offers a restrained, measured profile true to the fresh, fragrant style of the variety. In the glass it appears pale straw yellow with greenish highlights; on the nose, notes of green apple, pear and white flowers emerge, accompanied by light citrus hints and a mineral touch. The overall impression is balanced, with good acidity that supports the structure without being overpowering.

On the palate it is smooth and dry, with pleasant fruity returns and a sense of lightness that makes it easy to drink at the table. It pairs well with seafood starters, grilled fish, composed salads and vegetable-based dishes; it is also suitable as an aperitif wine. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses to enhance freshness and aromas. Also suitable for younger consumers seeking immediacy.
