The Pinot Grigio Collio DOC 'Jesera' from Venica offers a restrained, well-balanced profile, with an aromatic range that tends to favor white flowers, citrus notes and white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear. On the nose there are also delicate vegetal hints and a touch of minerality that help define the wine's character without force. On the palate it shows a balance between freshness and softness, with lively acidity and a light structure that supports savouriness and a pleasant persistence.

It is suitable for versatile pairings, from seafood and shellfish to light starters, seasonal vegetables and fresh cheeses. To appreciate its aromas, it is advisable to serve it cold but not iced, around 8–10 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses that enhance the aromatic profile. It is a wine to be enjoyed for its immediacy and agreeable drinkability, fitting for informal occasions or meals focused on lightness.
