This Pinot Grigio DOC from Appiano shows a restrained, luminous profile. In the glass it is straw-yellow with slight greenish reflections and opens on the nose with delicate notes of green apple, ripe pear and citrus peel, accompanied by hints of white flowers and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate it reveals a slender structure, fresh acidity and a saline texture that supports the sip without weighing it down; the finish is clean with pleasant fruity-aromatic persistence.

In service it is appreciated for its versatility: it pairs well with seafood starters, carpaccio, shellfish, grilled fish and also with salads and vegetable-based vegetarian dishes. It works well as an aperitif wine or for informal meals. It is intended to be enjoyed young, when freshness and fruity aromas are most vibrant. Thanks to the balance between acidity and softness, it proves agreeable both at the table and for everyday, easy drinking. Recommended serving temperature: cool, around 8–10 °C, in a white wine glass to highlight the aromatic profile and freshness.
