The Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie from Zeni shows a fresh, linear profile, suitable for everyday drinking. On the nose there are delicate notes of white flowers, pear and green apple, with citrus hints that lighten the aromatic picture; the olfactory impression remains restrained and recognizable. On the palate it tends to be rather slim, with balanced acidity that supports the sip and moderate persistence; the finish is clean, with a fruity return and a light mineral touch that adds pleasantness.

It is recommended to serve it well chilled, at a cool temperature, in a wide glass to appreciate the aromas. Versatile in pairings, it works as an aperitif and goes well with seafood starters, salads, delicate fish dishes and light vegetable preparations; it can also accompany simple first courses. Best consumed young to preserve its characteristic freshness; it does not require prolonged decanting. Stored in a cool place, it retains its liveliness only for a limited period.
