The Pinot Grigio Sot Lis Rivis from Ronco del Gelso reflects the character of the Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte DOC designation. In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow colour; on the nose it opens with notes of white flowers, apple, pear and light citrus, accompanied by mineral hints that balance the aromatic profile. The palate is fresh and smooth, supported by lively acidity that enhances structure and lightness, while the finish remains pleasantly saline and of medium length.

It pairs well with light seafood dishes, fish starters, sushi and shellfish, as well as salads and vegetable preparations; fresh cheeses and delicate risottos also complement it. Ideal for aperitifs and informal meals, serve chilled at around 8–10 °C and store in a cool, dark place. Particularly suited to spring and summer.
