The Pinot Grigio IGT delle Venezie by Sutto is a white wine that splendidly represents the elegance and freshness typical of the wines from the Veneto region. This wine is distinguished by its pleasant lightness and the harmony of its aromatic notes, making it an ideal companion for various occasions.

Visually, the wine has a soft straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, a hint of its youth and freshness. On the nose, classic aromas of fruits such as green apple, melon, and hints of white peach are perceived. A light floral note completes the bouquet, making it complex and inviting.

On the palate, the Pinot Grigio Sutto offers a soft entry followed by a nice acidity that supports its balance and extends the finish. Despite its lightness, the structure of the wine is well present and pairs perfectly with delicate flavors like those of seafood, chicken dishes, or risottos.

It’s essential to mention the meticulous winemaking process that follows the harvesting of the grapes: fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures to preserve all the natural aromas of the variety, followed by a brief rest in steel tanks until bottling.

The Pinot Grigio IGT delle Venezie by Sutto is an excellent choice for those looking for a versatile white wine, capable of accompanying a light meal but also enjoyable on its own as an aperitif. An impeccable example of the Pinot Grigio variety that maintains a distinct personality and a pleasant refreshing character.
