The Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC Friuli "Organic" by Conte Brandolini d'Adda is a distinctive and refined expression of the Pinot Grigio grape, grown following organic methods in the heart of Friuli. This wine represents not only the winery's commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, but also the desire to explore and enhance the potential of a grape variety traditionally linked to the region, through a winemaking that highlights its unique characteristics.

The term "Ramato" refers to the historic method of vinification of Pinot Grigio in Friuli, which involves a brief contact of the skins with the must, giving the wine that particular coppery hue from which it takes its name. This practice not only gives the wine its characteristic color, but also enriches the aromatic and taste profile, adding layers of complexity and structure compared to the more traditional Pinot Grigio vinified in white.

Visually, Conte Brandolini d'Adda's Pinot Grigio Ramato stands out for its ancient rosé color, with copper nuances that reflect the winemaking technique used. On the nose, the wine offers an intriguing and multi-layered bouquet, with notes of berries, pomegranate and dried flowers, enriched by touches of sweet spices and a light minerality, which reflect the influence of the Friulian terroir.

In the mouth, the wine reveals an extraordinary complexity, with a velvety texture and a perfect balance between freshness and structure. The red fruit flavors and spicy accents intertwine harmoniously, supported by a lively acidity and a subtle mineral aftertaste that leads to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant almond note.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, light appetizers and vegetable-based first courses, the "Organic" Pinot Grigio Ramato by Conte Brandolini d'Adda is also an excellent companion for ethnic dishes and culinary experiments, thanks to its to combine with different flavors and to enhance the complexity of the foods with which it is served.

In conclusion, Conte Brandolini d'Adda's Pinot Grigio Ramato DOC Friuli "Organic" is a wine that celebrates tradition and innovation, offering a unique tasting experience that enhances the distinctive characteristics of Pinot Grigio through the lens of agriculture organic and copper winemaking, demonstrating the winery's ability to produce wines of exceptional quality and personality.
