The Pinot Grigio Ramato DOP Collio by Colmello di Grotta comes from one of the most renowned areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land famous for white wines of great elegance and structure. This copper-hued white is made from Pinot Grigio grapes, carefully cultivated in the vineyards of the Collio hills, where the limestone soil and sunny exposure help give the wine a unique and refined character.

The vinification with a brief skin contact gives this Pinot Grigio the striking copper color, as well as an intense and enveloping aromatic complexity. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, peach, and apricot emerge, combined with spicy and mineral notes that enhance its freshness and liveliness. On the palate, it is balanced, with a decent structure and a clean, persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, and Mediterranean cuisine, this Pinot Grigio Ramato embodies the finesse and soul of Collio.
