The Pinot Grigio of Tenuta Sant'Anna is a particularly delicate and full-bodied wine, with perfect sapidity, pleasant, drinkable and easy to pair.

The cultivation terroir is a silty-clayey soil of medium depth and alkaline, a particular characteristic typical of the Veneto plain. The climate is mostly temperate and humid, given the proximity of the sea; however, it is due to the alternation of fresh winds such as the Bora and hotter-humid winds such as the Scirocco, which are frequent with large temperature variations. The vinification involves a soft pressing of the grapes and separation of the must from the skins. The alcoholic fermentation continues in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C, followed by refinement.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color with enchanting golden reflections. On the nose there are aromas of green apple and pear, mixed with floral aromas of white flowers and vegetal and citrus hints. In the mouth the taste is fresh and persistent with good sapidity and acidity.

The right glass to accompany raw ham and medium-aged cheeses, excellent with first courses with meat sauce.

Winery history
According to the official website, the winery was established in the 1960s on the border between Veneto and Friuli. Over time it has developed by integrating technological innovation and modern agronomic practices, establishing itself as an important presence in the Northeast and specializing, among other things, in the production of Prosecco and single-varietal wines.
Production philosophy
Production focused on everyday quality: wines to enjoy at the table every day, made with control over the entire supply chain from vineyard to bottle. The company highlights the expressiveness of individual grape varieties, product traceability, and the adoption of standards and monitoring tools to ensure quality and environmental responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and winery in Loncon di Annone. The vineyards range from the plain to hilly areas along the Veneto–Friuli border, with variable soils that create different microclimates. The company website indicates 150 hectares of property, while other pages mention 300 hectares divided among three estates and the group's organizational documents record further extensions referring to the group's combined estates; for this reason the surface area figures reported online vary.
