The Pinot Nero IGT of Tenuta di Caseo is born in a generous land, where the temperate climate and well-drained soil give the grape variety elegance and complexity. This wine stands out for its refined character, an authentic expression of a cultivar that requires extreme care and attention. After fermentation carried out with the utmost precision, aging in wooden barrels helps to integrate fruity notes of raspberry and cherry with delicate spicy hints and a slight touch of vanilla.

In the glass it appears a bright ruby red, with garnet shades that anticipate its balanced structure and soft yet present tannin. On the palate it is enveloping, elegant, and persistent, ideal to accompany dishes based on white meats, mushrooms, and medium-aged cheeses.

A Pinot Nero that enhances the territory and tells the passion of Tenuta di Caseo in precisely interpreting the characteristics of one of the noblest and most sophisticated grape varieties.
