The Pinot Noir Riserva Datus from Ritterhof, presented in an elegant wooden case, offers a refined profile without ostentation. On the nose it opens with ripe red fruits — cherry and raspberry — accompanied by floral notes and a subtle earthy undertone that gives it depth. The grape's ripeness is evident in the aromatic concentration, yet the wine retains freshness and vitality; the overall impression is solid but measured, with delicate spices that emerge without dominating.

On the palate the sip is enveloping and fluid: polished tannins support a medium-bodied structure, while its savoury character highlights the lingering flavors and invites a second glass. A crisp finish with fruity echoes and a light spicy note. It pairs with not-too-fat red meats, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses; serve around 16–18 °C. The wooden case also makes it an excellent choice for an elegant gift or for storage that showcases the wine.
